Data Deletion Instructions

Overview
Abeshare respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete data associated with your Abeshare Social account and connected social platforms.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the dashboard (fastest)
- Sign in at https://www.abeshare.com/dashboard
- In Connected accounts, click Disconnect for each platform.
- This immediately clears stored OAuth tokens for that platform in our database. Scheduled jobs for that platform will no longer be able to publish.
Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
If you remove Abeshare Social from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, Meta will notify us to delete data associated with your Facebook user ID. Our automated callback processes that request and clears connected tokens linked to your Meta account.

After Meta processes your removal, you may receive a confirmation code. Check status at https://www.abeshare.com/data-deletion/status using the code provided.
Option 3 — Request full account deletion
To delete your entire account—including email, posts, media, job history, and all connected tokens—email us from the address associated with your account:
We will confirm your identity and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
What we delete
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected platforms
- Platform metadata (page IDs, usernames, channel IDs)
- On full account deletion: posts, uploaded media, and job records
Content already published to third-party networks remains on those platforms until you delete it there directly.
