1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Abeshare Social (the "Service") operated by Abeshare at https://www.abeshare.com. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You must have the right to connect and publish from any social accounts you link to the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, etc.), you authorize us to access and use those connections solely to perform actions you request—such as scheduling and publishing posts. You remain subject to each platform's terms and policies. You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Publish spam, malware, hate speech, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass platform rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or compose. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (including publishing to platforms you select). You represent that you have all rights necessary for us to do so.

7. AI-generated text

Optional AI features produce draft captions for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. We do not guarantee accuracy, tone, or compliance of AI output.

8. Service availability

We strive for reliable scheduling and publishing but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party APIs, outages, or policy changes may affect delivery. Failed jobs may be retried from the dashboard where supported.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABESHARE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF GREATER).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations) will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
